Drop Box is an easy way to store, sync, and, share files online. There's no complicated interface to learn. Drop Box works seamlessly with any operating system. Teachers can use Drop Box as a way to backup school files and share documents between colleagues.
Reflection: How could dropbox be beneficial to use as an educator?
Here is a file you can download
I love the concept of being able to create a document then sending it to a teammate via Dropbox Public Share who can quickly make changes. This could speed up things like grade-level book reports. Right now this process takes time.
ReplyDeleteI also like having a place where I can go to work on documents without being tied to my Mac computer.
I like using Dropbox. What I like the best is being able to have my team make contributions to a paper at their own (and my) convenience. For example, when we are creating our disclosure statement at the beginning of the year. I am not sure that I would have my students using the Dropbox yet, I would have to become much more proficient.
ReplyDeleteIndy and DBK:
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments. I think that Drop Box would be beneficial to have when working with your team. It allows anytime, anywhere access. I have to agree with DBK that we have to become proficient at using drop box before we have our students using it.
